FAQ |
Question 1. How do I know that my credit card information and other personal details are safe with you? |
Answer: With regards to payments you deal exclusively with our payment processors, CCBill and Verotel.. We at kissherfoot.com (or any other site that uses these companies to process payments) never get to see your bank or credit card information. For example when you sign up through CCBill, this is what happens: 1. The form you see is served by CCBill, and all information you enter goes directly to them. 2. CCBill verifies your payment and credits it to our account. 3. CCBill automatically creates an account for you directly on kissherfoot.com server and sends you (and us) an email with your username/password. These are all well established companies with comprehensive security and privacy policies. |
Question 2. Which payment method should I use? |
CCBill is our preferred choice. However, CCBill tends to be nitpicky about credit card approvals and sometimes will reject a perfectly good credit card, especially one issued by a non-USA bank. If that happens to you, please try Verotel as well. |
Question 3. I tried to sign up and I got a message that transaction was declined. |
Answer: We use two different services for processing payments: CCBill and Verotel. If your credit card or other payment method is declined by one of those companies, you need to contact them. Here are the contact details: CCBill: https://support.ccbill.com Verotel: https://www.verotel.com, or e-mail support@verotel.com |
Question 5. How can I cancel my membership? |
Answer: It depends on which service you used to sign up. If you used CCBill: Go to https://support.ccbill.com, login and then click on Cancel. If you used Verotel/Ticketsclub: Go to http://cancel.verotel.com and follow instructions. |
Question 6. I cannot see some of the thumbnail images in your older galleries. I can only see a few in each set! |
Answer: Please take a look at which images you can see. If all the images you CAN see are in the upright format, like this:
and you don't see any images like this: then the culprit is almost certainly Norton Internet Security (NIS) or Norton Firewall. It's a product that tries to block ads, but instead blocks all kinds of non-ad content, including ALL images of certain sizes, such as 120x90 which, by coincidence, is the size of our thumbnail images. In more recent galleries we have resorted to using thumbnails of size 121x91, which gets around the problem, but we can't change all of the older galleries just to accomodate a problem with this product. Currently the only solution I know of is to turn off the ad blocking portion of NIS. Open Norton Internet Security, and you will see Ad Blocking option, under "Status and Settings" tab. Make sure it is set to Off. Email me if you need help with this. To find more info about NIS problems search google for "norton internet security blocks non-ad content" (without quotes) or simply click HERE which will do the same thing. |
